I found the stories quick and easy to read, and usually enjoyable. I didn't love any of them. The book makes good bedtime reading, or perhaps waiting room reading.

All stories in this book are definitely dark, hence they are included in a volume labeled "noir". None of the stories struck me as outstanding - they were all readable. Just an enjoyable little book.
