The Bounty is book seven in the Fox and O'Hare series, but the first co-authored by Janet Evanovich and Steve Hamilton. Enough of the history and the relationships is explained for it to be able to stand alone. Once it begins, the book is nonstop action, going from place to place with possibly a literal pot of gold at the end. The "action" somewhat repeats location to location, but the pace makes for an entertaining read.
