Ok I just figured otu why I couldnt find half the address that I KNOW I hadnt already printed out.....I pritned one out this morning after reading the page that says this!! Check out the date I first printed!! I always knew I was a special child~!!! Oh and I was in bed when I accepted too!!! 12/31/1969 is the "beginning of time" in some database systems. If you haven't saved anything into that field, it will show that because it's the "zero" date. Dates and times are usually stored as "number of seconds since X", and dates before 12/31/69 will be a negative number. This is convenient for programmers because it allows us to do things like add 3 days to a date by adding 259200 to whatever is already there. We don't have to try and figure out whether 3 days goes into the next month or year and if it's a leap year. We just need one formula to convert "# of seconds since X" back to a regular date format. |
