This is NOT another diet book! This is a book about finding your healthy obsession and I love it! This book is about being your healthiest self, learning mindfulness and self love! Kingsford delivers some amazing tools to help you get to your goals! As someone who struggles with anxiety the sections on mindfulness was something I wasn't necessarily expecting, but was very appreciate of. I will have this book on my shelf and return to it often!

FINALLY. A resource that helps me focus on my behaviors versus another 3, 10, or 30 day diet. Kingsford's approach is refreshing, incredibly helpful, and thoughtfully written. Though she acknowledges the great resources that are out there, she also drives home the inconvenient truth that we all need to hear...if we can't control why we do (or don't) act on certain impulses, we'll never have long-term success in weight loss pursuits. A starts with "why" approach with a "how" to take control back.
