One of my favorites as a child. A great bedtime feel good story.

I personally love this book because I had it when I was a child. It is out of print now, so I love that I was able to get it from paperback swap! The pictures are colorful and bright, and it is a simple to read story.

The bear tries to show appreciation for his mom, who makes his favorite bread with honey, by drawing a picture of her. The community animals try to "help" him improve his picture, and even though it looks silly in the end, his mom says she "loves it" anyway (like any mom would) :-)
