Brown, crumble and drain sausage.
In 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish, grease bottom of dish. Spread crescent rolls in bottom and squeeze edges together to form a crust.
Sprinkle sausage, then cheese on top of rolls.
Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper together. Pour on top.
Bake @ 425 in preheated oven for 20 minutes or more.
Cool 5 minutes, then cut and serve while warm.
Can also be made the night before and refrigerated overnight.
