7 eggs Breakfast casserole
1 ½ cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 lb. crumbled cooked sausage
Beat the eggs and milk with a whisk, lay down the crescent rolls into a 9x13 baking dish. Put the cooked sausage in first, then the cheese and then pour the egg mixture over everything. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes.
We use regular sausage but you could always use hot or sweet. My temp may be slightly high because my oven seems to need a higher temp to cook correctly.
