1 pound sausage
1 1/2 cups frozen or refrigerated loose-packed hashbrown potatoes, thawed
2 tbsp. grated Parmesean Cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
2 packs refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup milk
Brown sausage and drain. Separate crescent rolls into enough triangles to surround your pizza pan, with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust; Sprinkle with potatoes, top with cheeses. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
