Ingredients

1 large - bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets

3/4 cup - raisins

3/4 cup - sunflower seeds
-
1/2 cup - chopped purple onion

3/4 cup - light mayonnaise

2 Tbsp - red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

1/4 cup - sugar
-
1/2 lb. - bacon,crumbled

- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds,chopped onion and bacon in a bowl and toss to mix.
In small bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and seasonings; stir well.
Pour over and mix with broccoli mixture to coat all vegetables.
Chill for 1 hour.
