"I was cold, bone-chillingly, teeth-chatteringly cold. I was tiny. I was in pain. I was terrified and forgotten. I will not stay here, was my thought as Emily sprang to life. 'Let's leave,' Emily said. 'Tonight we'll go to the moon.'"

This is a great read. I have read it at least 4 times and every time is just like the first time. It's a true story of a woman's suffering, survival and triumph over Multiple Personality Disorder and a sadistically abusive mother. Written like a fiction, and with many triumphs over tribulations, I highly recommend this book.
