I don't often leave reviews, probably because most of my reading is of established authors and enough has been said. While I admit it was a small bit of effort to get acclimated to this world, once in, I really enjoyed it. So much I moved right on to the second offering. If you might enjoy a historical mystery with an unexpected element, this may be the series.
