I was trying to browse the books listed today by Genre (Horror) and am getting a 0 of 0 books posted message although I was able to see some posted earlier this afternoon.  I have had the problem a few times in the past week.  Anyone else encountering this?

I just tried it and came up with 0 postings too.

ETA: You have to pick a sub-category, then plenty of books show up. I had to do the same with Cooking, otherwise it came up with 0. I've never had to choose a sub-category for Cooking before, not even when I searched it earlier today. I wonder what gives?

I searched earlier today though without choosing a subcategory and it came up fine.  Weird....

Thanks for the tip of doing the sub-category. At least that is better than getting ZERO books.

I've had the same problem - just sent a message to R&R to see if it can be fixed!

I have been having the same problem; came here to post, if no one else has. When I try to browse the daily postings by genre, it always comes up zero, no matter which genre I ask for......

I also sent a message to R&R. It's too darn time-consuming to browse the Cooking genre by sub-category! I liked being able to see *all* the books posted without having to think about which of sub-categories to choose.

One more person with the same problem.

was there a deliberate change or is this a glitch.  if it was a change sure hope it gets changed back. It takes way too long to do each subcategory in both cooking and home/garden

Maybe we need to be e-mailing the Librarian to get it changed back. Posting here did not seem to help.

I am having the same problem. . .I love searching the entire genre and don't have time to do each separate one.  Is it a glitch or a new feature?

I'm still getting the "doing maintenance" blank white page in books posted today. I'm heartbroken as that's my favorite activity here for me.

Here's the update on the Daily Digest problems as of today:

• Finally we have gotten the Daily Wish List and Daily Digest working again.  These emails are actually putting a strain on the server, and it has been a job to try to tweak the programming to prevent another server crash like the one we had on 8/20.  We got them working for now, but it is possible that these emails will have to be discontinued, if a permanent solution can't be found.

• The Books Posted Today Browse by Genre should also be working properly again.
