  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1/2 tsp. - salt
  • 1 Tablespoon - chopped chives
  • 1 doz. - small pork sausages

Fry sausages until crisp an brown. Drain off most of the fat.. Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add flour salt and milk. Mix until smooth. Add chives, Pour batter over sausagesin frying pan. Bake in 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then in 350 degree oven for 1 minute. Turn out on platter. Serve piping hot.
