My husband works at a lumber yard in our town. I vowed I would never step foot in a Home Depot. After reading this book, I cannot wait to step inside a store and see if what these men have created is true. What a good book!

Good book that really focuses on their customer-centric approach, something any business would benefit from improving.

I did not think this book would be as interesting as it is! I have to admit that the style of writing is, at times, somewhat distracting, but this is a good and easy read with a clear message. I could not put this book down. I will never enter another retail establishment without thinking of how The Home Depot treats its associates...
