Burger Breakfast Scramble

  • 2 tablespoons - onion -- minced fine
  • 3 ounces - cream cheese
  • 3 large - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon - water
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pound - ground beef

Brown ground beef with onions. Add cream cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Beat eggs with water, salt and pepper and pour into skillet  with beef and cheese. Scramble yo desired doneness.

This is a low carb recipe for anybody on the Atkin's diet. For the rest of you, just eat it because it rules!
