When attempting to print out PBS business cards to hand out to My friends, I noticed something odd.

I have, according to the Transaction Archive, completed 2 transactions. It's really three but a book I recieved had a  problem I recorded. Sender sent an unpostable book, I did not request credit back.

On the cards, it says I've mailed 2 books (that's true) but have recieved 0.

Does it NOT count because it had a problem? I still have the book and am in fact reading it...

Thanks in advance for any assistance on this quandry.

I think it must count only those transactions that did not have a problem on your end or theirs as 'successful' when doing stats, which would seem so by your stats that it's showing. Personally, being so new, I'd click NO to the showing of stats anyway, since you don't have much to show yet. I could be wrong, but I know that when I sort my Transaction archives, by 'completed successfully' and then by the possible problems (sender/usps/etc) I don't think the completed successfully includes those with problems. I"m not real good with math, so I usually don' do it hahahaha, so I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that any problem transactions are not included in 'successfully'.
