1 HEAD OF CABBAGE,SHREDDED,4 MED.-SIZED TOMATOES,DICED,1/2 RED ONION,DICED,3 FRESH JALAPENO PEPPERS,FINELY CHOPPED, 1/3C.FRESH CILANTRO,CHOPPED FINELY.1/2 TSP.BLACK PEPPER,1/2 TSP.GARLIC. MIX  ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL,CHILL FOR 3 HOURS,BEFORE SERVING, MUST BE STORED IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.SERVE WITH CORN CHIPS. WILL LAST IN REFRIGERATOR FOR SEVEN DAYS.
