1-LB. CARROTS,PEELED AND SLICED, 1 STICK BUTTER, 3 EGGS, 1C.SUGAR, 1 TBLSP. FLOUR, 1 TSP. BAKING POWDER, 1-1/2TSP.VANILLA, COOK CARROTS TILL TENDER(THIS TAKES ALONG TIME), DRAIN. WITH ELECTRIC MIXER, BEAT CARROTS AND BUTTER TILL SMOOTH. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. BLEND WELL. BAKE 9X13 BAKING DISH FOR 40-50 MINS. AT 350.
