Throughout the shift, Toni and Richard are visited by many weird, wacky and wonderfully humorous customers. Some of whom are just in for a wee bit of banter and blather, sharing their radical political opinions with any barmpot who'll listen, after voting on Scotland's historical day. Other customers, though, just don't give a damn about the Independence malarkey and just want to have a quiet bite while sharing their own crazy, freaky stories from their screwed up lives. Of course arguments and opinions begin to get more and more heated, and radical the closer the referendum results are to being announced.
There is also the blossoming relationship between the handsome Chef Richard and cute waitress Toni to contend with too- when they aren't both up in each others faces, defending their own beliefs and political stances. So if you enjoy your average run-of-the-mill stories like you enjoy a nice wee safe cup of coffee, with milk and just the one sugar, now is the time to take it completely bitter black.
