trim stems from mushrooms.wipe them off with a damp towel.melt butter in heavy sauce pan over med heat.add mushrooms.toss to coat.stir in worcestershire sauce pepper salt and tabasco.increase heat to med high.cover and cook stirring frequently.for 20 mins.mushrooms are done when butter seperated from worcestershire mushroomsare glazed with heavy carmel colored sauce.remove with slotted spoon.discard any remaining sauce.serve hot.makes about 8 servings.
