This is a very different tale of Camelot, specifically surrounding Gawain. Risa is the daughter of a country barwn who has pledged her to a sorcerer. She flees home and is saved from being captured by the sorcerer by Gawain, heir to Arthur's throne. The story follows their journey and describes how the sorcerer's plot to overthrow Camelot are foiled.

An interesting take on an old legend. Well written with interesting characters. I enjoy it immensely when authors can take an old legend, myth or fairy tale and flesh it out into an absorbing story.
