1. Prepare brownies according to directions and bake in 13”x9” pan.
2. Remove brownies from oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows over top. Return to oven and back 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until marshmallows begin to puff. Remove from oven and cool while making topping.
3. In 3-qt saucepan, mix brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until well blended. Add cereal, peanuts, and candy corn and stir until coated.
4. Spool topping over marshmallow layer immediately and spread to cover.
5. Cool completely, about 1 ¼ hours.
