I really enjoyed this book, it's a spiral bound book so it's nice to lay it flat you you can see all of the pictures while to do the exercises. The pictures are great for showing the proper way to do each exercise, and it's a new book so the picures aren't dated (Ok, I'll admit it, exercise books from the past are probably just as good, but seeing a guy in track shorts and knee-high tube socks doesn't really inspire me...)
