Be Careful What You Pray For is a part of sequel. Although I haven't read the whole series in order, I didn't find it hard to keep up with the storyline. The book has some predictable storylines involving another "cheating pastor" that could be a younger version of Alicia's father, Rev Curtis Black. But as they say it takes one to know one, Rev Black is not fooled at all by Pastor JT. However, Ms Roby threw in a few twist that made the book an interesting read.
