Cat head Biscuits

450 degrees

2 cups flour

1/4 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

5 talb. lard

about one cup of buttermilk

dry,c ut in lard, add buttermilk, pinch off lemon size

bake 12 to 15 minutes

great with jam, jelly, brown sugar, butter, gravy, chocolate gravy, sausage gravy
