Students' investigation will continue on the topic of natural and man-made resources. Activities explore the needs for conservationism and technology. Societal changes are also a focus in this book, as students come to understand the changes in our laws as they relate to human rights in America.Other books in the Changes series include Changes Book 2: Progress, Reactions, and History; and Changes Book 3: Communication, Honesty, and Inventions. Each book contains detailed lesson plans, reproducible activity sheets, and assessment tools.
