I think there was a glitch with the site last night, it took forever to accept that I wanted a wish list book, and then it charged me two credits. Now, I am showing a negative balance. How do I solve this, does anyone know? |

First, check your credit registry to confirm what happened. If it was a glitch, report to R&R using the "Contact Us" link below. If it was a glitch, only they can fix it. |

Also, could it be that you accidently ordered an audio book instead of a book-book? |

Did you mark a lost book received? If so, it took back the credit that was returned when the book went lost. |

Thank you - yes it must have been a glitch because I was charged twice for the same book (not audio, I did check that - thanks) at exactly the same time. I didn't know I had a Credit History, so I appreciated the help knowing where to go.

There was definitely some sort of glitch that happened last night, I was offered a book that I was #1 on the wishlist for twice - from the same person at the same time (I received two emails as well as had two offers on my account page) - the system obviously duplicated her post. I have been communicating w/ her through PM so she knows what happened too. |

That happened to me once too! The only way to get your credit back is to contact R&R and let them know what happened.

I just realised that I was charged 5 credits, for one book. It must be a glich, and I am sure that R&R will take care of it. |
