Cheese Onion Bread
From: GoldStar Automatic Breadmaker Instructions & Cooking Guide (model HB-036E, pg. 27). I don't have this bread machine any more, but just discovered this recipe. We really like this bread and pig out on it when we have it.

The dough in the knead cycle.
- Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Put bread pan in bread machine, making sure pan is locked in place. Close lid.
- Select #1 (BASIC CYCLE) on PROGRAM SELECT.
- Press Start.

After the knead and rising; about to bake!
All done baking, about to come out.
Notes
My notes:
- Select #1: Basic bake cycle. The entire cycle, mix/knead/bake takes about 3 hours on my machine.
- Bread preparation: I put the yeast in the bottom of the pan followed by the dry ingredients with the liquid ones (water etc.) on top.
- Shredded cheddar cheese: I've used mozzarella, Swiss, taco mixes which change the flavor some, but are all good.
- Onion: We like onions, and don't feel that 1 T is nearly enough. I use ¼ C.
Ready to go under the knife.
