Ingredients
  • 6 - brat links, smoked
  • 4 - medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can - green beans, drained
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup - Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can - Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup - water
Directions



SLICE links into 1/2" pieces and onion and cook a little in a large skillet.

ADD potatoes, soup, grean beans, and water.

COVER and simmer approx 30 min(until potatos are done) and cheese, stir and serve.

We tried this last week and LOVED it. I sent the leftovers home with my dad and he really liked it too. We will be eating this one again!!
