Cheesy Spinach/Artichoke Dip

||22 (2-3/4 cups)
14 oz. can - Artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
10 oz. package - frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup - Grated Parmesan cheese (or reduced fat)
3/4 cup - reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup - lowfat shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon - garlic powder
Heat oven to 350.Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate
Bake 20 mins or until heated thoroughly
Serve with triscuit crackers, assorted fresh veggies, pita triangles, etc.
For someone who doesn't like artichokes, I was hesitant to try this. But it was delicious! Even my husband, who doesn't touch anything that he knows has mayonnaise absolutely loved it.
