Cut chicken into small bites size pieces, cook through. Boil bowtie pasta in BIG pot, drain. Add chicken to pasta, stir in drained stewed tomatos, sprinkle with salt, pepper, sugar and tarragon. Stir in dressing. Warm through. Serve in bowl with sprinkle of parmasean cheese.
