Ingredients

1 Tbs - oil

2 Lbs - Skinles, boneless Chicken Breasts

2 Cans - Creamed Mushroom or Chicken Soup

2 Tbs - Cayenne Pepper

1 Tbs - Chili Powder

2 Large Heads - Broccoli, chopped in large bite-size pieces

1 1/2 Cup - Mozzarella Cheese (Part-Skim), shredded

1 1/2 Cup - Moneterey Jack Cheese, shredded

1/2 tsp - Black Pepper

1 4-Qt - Casserole Dish
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Brown chicken with oil in large skillet til edges are golden brown. Place chicken to a side.
Add chicken, cream soup, cayenne, chili powder, broccoli into dish. Stir til mixed together. Mix cheeses together. Cover top of casserole with cheese. Bake til golden brown and bubbly on top.
