1 oz - grated parmesan cheese ( canned)
1tbs - powdered garlic
1 pkg - manicotti shells
16 oz - jar of spaghetti
12 oz - shredded cheese what ever kind i have in house
6 oz - black olives
love this !! easy!
i keep it in the freezer for a hot meal when time is low. i can make on day off and have it.
9x13 baking dish
1.)take the chicken and make sure it is really thin, then sprinkle on the garlic powered or garlic salt and i guessed on the amount because i don't measure! sorry .
sprinkle with the cheese.
2.) put the chicken strips in the shells
3.) line up the shells in the baking pan
4.) pour on the spaghetti sauce
5.) put the shredded cheese on
6.) if you like black olives put them on now
7.) put aluminum foil to seal the top
8.) put it in the freezer for 12 hours or the frig for 24 hours
9.) pull it out do not let it sit! put in oven straight from the freezer cook at 350 for about 40 minutes or till chicken is done
10.) have with a salad and tada there is a quick easy meal
