Chicken Normandy

  • cup 1/4 - flour
  • tsp 1/2 - salt
  • tsp 1/4 - pepper
  • tsp 1/4 - thyme
  • Tblsp 2 - butter or margarine
  • Cup 1 - apple juice
  • Pint 1 - whipping cream

Melt butter on Mde High. Mix spices into your flour and dredge the chicken in the flour. Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove chicken and turn heat up to high. Add your 1 cup of apple juice and boil it down to 1/2 a cup. Add whipping cream and turn down to low. Place chicken back in skillet, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.


Very easy to make and my family loves this. You have to use boneless chicken breast, bone in will not work!!!!
