Place rice in rice cooker, cook until done.
While rice is cooking, grill or bake chicken breasts.
Pour rice into glass casserole dish, pan or bowl. Place chicken breasts on top. Pour the soup over entire dish (do not dilute). Lay the ham slices over the top and sprinkle with cheese, add salt and pepper to taste. Place in microwave and cook until cheese is melted and everything is hot, serve. Makes 4 servings.
This is one of my own creations that the whole family loves. It is very quick and easy to make with little cleanup. I make several batches of it and put it in the freezer for a quick dinner on those nights we get home late.
