4-5 cooked and cubed chicken breasts
1 cup minute rice
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups corn flakes
1 cup mayo
1 small package sliced almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 sticks of butter
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredents except corn flakes and butter. Place in 9x13 pan. Melt butter and mix in corn flakes. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until done.
I know 2 sticks of butter is a lot, and it can be reduced some. For sure not a diet recipe but it's so good!
