Ingredients
  • 4 1oz - squares bakers bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 pounds - squares white bark (one whole pkg + 4 pcs from next pkg)
  • 1 12oz pkg - semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 24oz - dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 large pkg - marshmallows
Directions

 

Place 1st four ingredients in crockpot. Put crock on HIGH and leave for 1 hour. DO NOT STIR!!! Then turn to low and stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Will be very thick. Use Large spoon & put ½ of mixture on wax paper and set marshmallows all over the top of mixture. Put the other 1/2 of mixture on top of the marshmallows. Let set till completely cool. Break in pieces.

I would have NEVER thought to make this in a crock pot! Wow! I'm from South Bend and I am definintely going to try this!

What do you do with the other half of the mixture? On top of the marshmallows?
