Chop velvetta into cubes and melt with sticks of butter,careful it sticks easily add vanilla sift  or mix well the conf sugar and cocoa together , then slowly porr the liquid mixture into sugar mixture make small balls or logs and refrigerate for about 30 min. insert a toothpick into balls and serve on a plate these are delisious if you like fudge and no cooking .
