In a large mixing bowl combine pudding, milk and cream cheese. Mix with blender until mixture is creamy. Fold in container of Cool Whip. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Spoon half the mixture over the graham crackers. Repeat this process until mixture is gone. Add another layer of graham crackers on the top mixture. Heat Chocolate Frosting in the microwave for about 10 seconds (or until frosting is able to be poured). Stir frosting and pour over the top of the entire baking dish. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Best if refrigerated overnight. This is a great and simple dish for cookouts and for children.
