Ingredients
  • 1 can - condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • - Ice cream
  • 2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the condensed milk.

2. Remove from heat

3. In individual paper-lined muffin cups, spread around 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture.

4. With a lightly greased spoon, spread the chocolate mixture on the bottom and up side of each cup.

5. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

6. Before serving, remove the paper liners and fill the cups with ice cream.


Notes

Let the cups sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before removing the paper liners. Also, store the unfilled cups in the freezer, tightly covered.
