This was a great, can't-put-down read! It does tend to be a more Christian themed book, but I enjoyed the Bible references. There were so many eye-opening ideas that I found myself with a paper and pen, taking notes. I am sure that I can incorporate many of the suggestions in this book into my own life. Definitely recommended for anyone who considers themselves an "emotional eater".
