People say that we are all going to hell for being who we really are. For loving who we want, And being friends with whomever we choose. I was told that it was my choice for being this way And that if I only try harder it would all go away. Even though I can't choose who I am, I can choose who I become. I can change the lives of many people; Straigh as well as gay. I will become a person, who will change history, And make a difference in their lives. I will make it okay to be different. And that being gay is just a formality in everyday life. It's not a curse or a disease; And not even a choice. It's a way of life. Better yet it's my way of life..
