I considered this book to be a bit inspirational. It gave some fairly easy tips on ways to find happiness that could easily go overlooked. It was a quick read. For those who are already fairly content, it probably doesn't give a lot of new tips to use, but for someone trying to find peace in life, this may be the book for them.
