This is Great Christmas story. Millie's Grandpa is a career soldier. Her dad and mom have 7 children.Dad works in a munitions family. Money is tight and World War 2 war shortages make it difficult to find any item. Millie wants pink pointe ballet slippers and the next youngest sister wants a horse. Neither has no hope for their wish. Especially when Millie hears her parents say that there is no money for any of the children Christmas gifts. But they are not thinking of Grandma's Christmas Apron each which child writes a wish and puts it in Grandma's apron 3 days before Christmas. And God whom hears our prayers.This is an excellent Christmas story about sharing and love.
