My children have loved the idea ever since they were little. I place all the wrapped books under the tree, and they open a new one every evening. They no longer ask me if they can open their real presents, since they are opening a book every night. They also don't know which books are wrapped. I try to rotate every year. |

Oh, I forgot to mention that The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is my kids' all-time favorite Christmas book. We read it every year.

Thank you ladies so much for your help. All the recommendations were wonderful. I am currently searching for many of them. We do not celebrate Santa in our home. So I try and avoid books about Santa Claus. Desiree :-) |
