An incredibly lovely Christmas story for middle school age young girls to read and enjoy for many Christmases to come. Beautifully describes the love between sisters!

My six-year old daughter loved this book. It contains lots of suspense and some lovely characters. Historical fiction for kids to grow on.

Really very touching. I loved it. Childrens book maybe for around ages 10-14. Both of my cousins are 11 they read it and loved it also.

This book has become a family favorite.I like that the story is told in short chapters about two orphan sisters, who overcame many obstacles in life. My 10yr old daughter reccomends this to her friends.
