Christmas is here, it comes once a year
But not with you, Mom, so precious and dear
Cause everyday is Christmas with your giving spirit
And I'm so blessed to be on the receiving side of it

You are what all mothers ought to be
Whose first and foremost is her family
Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for
Giving me a mother whom I love and adore

For the many times I've disappointed you, I'm sorry
Yet I know without question you still love me
You always have and you always will
Even when it hurts, you keep going still

So much I've already received yet more I know you'll give
With this much proof, how can I not believe
That Christmas doesn't just come once a year
It is everyday of my life that you are near
