We purchased this book a while ago. My husband does most of the cooking in our household (especially on weekends). Whenever he needs a recipe for a dessert, he references this book. It's the Dessert Bible! We have yet to find any recipe in this book that we didn't like. The pie crust recipe is out of this world. The author also writes little "bylines" on the recipes.

Highly recommended! If you love cooking down-home desserts of all types, this is the book for you!!
