Highly recommended!

Set in a fictional world that closely resembles China, Clever-Lazy follows the tale of the title character - a girl whose hardworking parents hope will grow to be "clever enough to be lazy and lazy enough to be clever." Clever-Lazy has a knack for experimentation and invention, and this gift helps lift her out of dire circumstances and into the world of court life. Amidst this upheaval, Clever-Lazy struggles to find what is ultimately most important to her.
