Excellent book that has easy to understand and execute exercises that really work. Includes what to look for in the horses behavior and what to avoid in your own. Made a believer out of me after we "worked" on a friend's gelding that she was scared of because of bad behavior. I couldn't believe the difference in just the first day after completing just the first 4 ground exercises and how well that correlated to the saddle as well.
